A little about me
I’ve always been interested
in what moves people.

First it was campaigns.
Then companies.
The questions kept getting bigger.
I studied political science and Africana Studies at Howard University. Working on campaigns taught me to think about people, organizing, and how an idea becomes something that happens in the world.
After Howard, I moved back to Saint Paul and started a digital marketing agency focused on restaurants and hospitality. When the pandemic shut that world down, we pivoted to authors and publishers.
That work became Book Blaster. Trying to simplify a real business problem led me into AI—not the other way around.
I’m still following that thread.
Today, my work moves between writing, teaching, and building companies. Through Book Blaster, Huluku Labs, and Clarkson Capital, I’m exploring the relationship between software, infrastructure, and the things people actually need.
I’m interested in technology. But I’m more interested in who gets to use it, who gets to own it, and whether it helps us build lives worth living.
This is a place for those conversations.
I write to work out what I think. I teach to make the ideas useful. And I build to find out whether they hold up.
Read something. Bring me into your classroom, team, or event. Or tell me what you’re working on.
